ANNUAL MEETING OF THE CLUB

It is time to register to participate in your meeting!
All NCA MEMBERS are encouraged to register and attend.
NCA members are reminded that with ZOOM®:
• All participating members must register to attend the meeting, and attendance is FREE.
• An individual member (including each individual member in a 'family' membership) must register separately for the meeting and will be required to connect to the online meeting with their own individual electronic device or phone.
• Double memberships must use separate electronic devices in order to cast a ballot.
• Participation is best facilitated by using the ZOOM® App; that is, on-line using a lap-top computer, electronic tablet, smartphone, or other electronic device using the ZOOM® App.
• Limited participation is available using ZOOM®’s conference-call feature. A list of local Global ZOOM® Meeting phone numbers is posted in the NCA Members Portal for this use.
However, members who choose to participate using ZOOM®’s conference call feature will not have technical availability to participate in a ZOOM® Secret-Ballot-Poll if such a vote is ordered or required.
Voting participation using the conference call feature is limited to votes taken using ZOOM®’s raised-hand feature.
Also, you may still call in to the meeting and participate; but you will still need to register for the meeting to call in.
Registration is required so that:
A report on attendees may be memorialized.
A quorum can be established for the meeting to transact business.
To allow members who join on-line to vote and have the votes recorded and reported.
To allow us to communicate to the registrants how to access the meeting.
You will be provided with information about the actual ZOOM® meeting link and call-in information at a later date.
Watch for email updates and be sure to check your spam folders as well as your inbox!
The email address and password you use for the NCA Member Portal is required to login to register for the meeting.
